TAEKWONDO
Originating in the early 1940's, Taekwondo is a form of martial arts characterized by punching and kicking techniques, with a literal translation of "kicking," "punching," and "the art or way of." It is a martial art that attacks or defends with hands and feet anytime, anywhere without any weapons.

At Singleton's, we focus on these fundamentals and techniques from the ground up. Not only do our students learn self-defense, but also actively gain confidence, leadership training and character development through the art of Taekwondo.
JIU JITSU
Dae Han Mu Sool is a mixed self-defense art system which includes fundamental grappling training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Chin na. Dae Han Mu Sool's striking training incorporates Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Filipino arts.

DHMS System places a strong emphasis on physical/mental conditioning, wellness and mixed martial arts styles. Dae Han Mu Sool is not a sport style. It is, and will continue to be what it was intended for since its inception, a combat and self-defense art.
Students can engage in the following learning formats: group classes, workshops/seminars or one-on-one instruction.
KICKBOXING
Derived from Karate, Kickboxing is a form of martial arts that incorporates moves from multiple disciplines including Muay Thai and boxing, using both hands and feet as points of contact.
Our Kickboxing classes are a fantastic source of exercise and high-energy fun for ages 12 and up. Not only will you gain cardiovascular and strength benefits, but you will also acquire multiple self-defense skills, relieve stress, release feel-good endorphins while sweating out toxins and boosting your stamina!
BARRE, BARBELLS
& BANDS
Our total body workout! Held in our newly remodeled upstairs studio, BB&B is for ages 12 and older. This class focuses on dumbbells, barre workouts, resistance band training, and kettlebells along with various yoga and body-weight movements. All workouts are set to great music & vibes and movements/weight can be adjusted to each individuals capabilities and fitness levels. All you need is your own yoga mat or beach towel...all other equipment is provided!
