TAEKWONDO
Tae Kwon Do meaning "the way of the hands and feet" is a Martial Arts system that originated in Korea. The style we teach is called American Tae Kwon Do, and was brought to the US in the 1950's by Grand Master Jhoon Khee.
Our system integrates all phases of martial arts training: forms, sparring, and self-defense. Our goal is to build a well-rounded martial artist.
Martial Arts is an ever-evolving endeavor. Our system is open-minded, and we constantly add new techniques. It is a life long learning process.
JIU-JITSU
Jiu-Jitsu is a Martial Art, combat sport, and self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was formed from Kudokan Judo ground fighting fundamentals that were taught by a number of individuals Taken Yano, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu eventually became its own art through experiments, practices, and adaptations.
JIU-JITSU promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground then applying joint locks, and choke hold to the opponent.
KICKBOXING
Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
The workout includes music with various punches, kicks and combinations. It's great conditioning group workout.
